Description:
A global, high-growth organization is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the dedicated finance partner for a large, complex operational site – north of Boston. This is a highly visible role supporting operational leadership in driving margin improvement, cost efficiency, and investment decision-making. This is a site-embedded FP&A leadership position acting as the primary finance partner for the facility. You will own all planning, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with operations, accounting, and global finance teams.
The role is hands-on with a blend of tactical execution and strategic support, including ROI analysis, capital investment evaluation, and business case development. This is an individual contributor role, operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 remote) with potential quarterly travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead site-level budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
- Serve as primary FP&A partner to site operations leadership.
- Analyze gross margin, cost structure, labor efficiency, output, and overhead performance.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Evaluate ROI and support business cases for investments, new initiatives, and site projects.
- Partner with accounting, controllers, and global finance teams on reporting and analysis.
- Deliver insights to support both operational execution and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong background in FP&A and/or operations finance.
- Experience supporting site-level or complex operational financial planning.
- Fluent Spanish required (verbal communication essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA or CFA preferred).
Location requirements: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) with potential quarterly travel.
Compensation: $170K to $190K, plus bonus and equity.
