After 10+ years as an HR professional, Clark Willmott founded Willmott & Associates, Inc. in September of 1982. The mission was always to help people with their HR careers. Helping companies enhance their HR functions with new talent was always the byproduct. The key to the mission was, and will always remain, being a values-driven firm.
