Responsibilities:
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing the recruitment strategy for organization, effectively building and managing relationships with key stakeholders while leading and inspiring a team of recruiters across multiple locations. A passionate and motivated thought leader, this person will spearhead the effort to identify critical skills and workforce capabilities for a high-growth company. This leader will embrace innovation in talent acquisition, bringing new thinking to who we are targeting, where and how we source for the best talent, and how we assess talent in the recruitment process.
- Improve the effectiveness of all Talent Acquisition programs, including university recruitment, veteran recruitment, and overall recruitment, and build data-driven business cases to improve recruitment strategies.
- Enable proactive sourcing of on-demand pipelines of talent for the future to improve diversity, quality of hires, and decrease recruitment cost.
- Develop a strong Talent Acquisition team with a focus on accountability for results, while promoting open and effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to assess talent gaps and determine desired capabilities; work strategically to maintain candidate pools that may meet future business needs.
- Create, implement and manage talent acquisition processes to ensure candidates have a positive candidate experience regardless of outcomes.
- Oversee budgets for recruitment, screening, placement, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- BA
- 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- 3+ years of CPG experience a plus
Onsite Requirements: 3 days a week onsite in Boston (Seaport District)
Compensation: $200K – $250k plus 25% plus equity
