Our founder, Clark Willmott, launched Willmott & Associates in 1982 with a mission to provide superior placement and consulting services specifically for the Human Resources community. His goal was to create an inclusive organization where any HR professional could share their career aspirations and life experiences. These relationships have been the cornerstone of our company’s foundation and success. Change has been a constant in the HR profession and has accelerated in the last several years. Our ability to adapt and evolve has allowed us to be in front of the best HR talent at the right time in their lives.
