Each of these well deserving individuals has been instrumental in our company’s growth and success, by bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our leadership team. Their ability to partner with companies large and small across all industries and individuals has made an enormous difference between acceptable and extraordinary. Dan Hill – “ President”

Dan joined Willmott in 2001, starting with the Contract Division working in the Lexington office. Dan was then promoted to Vice President, responsible for the MA operation and a short while later became responsible for all day to day operations in the Willmott organization. Through his leadership, he has built upon Willmott’s reputation as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates in the HR community.

Jane Adreani – “Vice President, Business Development”

Since joining Willmott & Associates in 2011, Jane has focuses on cultivating new and existing relationships with our client companies. She brings a deep knowledge of Willmott’s direct hire and contract service offerings, including all contingency and retained search services. Jane will continue to provide clients with unparalleled service in addition to creating Business Development best practices for the Willmott organization.

Holly Breton – “Vice President, HR Search Services”

Since joining Willmott & Associates in March of 2015, Holly has consistently exceeded expectations. Her ability to understand client’s talent requirements, determine candidate’s career aspirations and provide the guidance necessary to make mutually beneficial placements, are second to none. Holly has spent the better part of the last 20 years, building a career in staffing, with most of her focus in the HR space. The foundation of her success has been establishing and cultivating long-term professional relationships.

Jeff Willmott – “Senior Vice President”

Jeff joined Willmott & Associates in 2007 and has been instrumental in building Willmott’s vibrant Contract Consulting practice in addition to working with top organizations in New England to fulfill their critical direct HR hiring needs. He has worked diligently to preserve and build upon the values and culture that have made Willmott & Associates one of the region’s premier Human Resources placement organizations since its inception in 1982.

Megan Laberis – “Senior HR Search Consultant”

Since joining Willmott & Associates as a Sourcing Specialist in 2012, Megan has continued to take on more and more responsibilities with Willmott. In her new role, Megan will continue to work closely with both clients and candidates in the HR community. Megan has a consultative, collaborative and inclusive style while finding our clients the best possible HR talent for their needs. Year in and year out, she exceeds Willmott’s and her own lofty expectations.
