The Contract Recruiter will work with the HR Manager to support the day-to-day talent acquisition duties, being responsible of recruiting, selection, hiring and onboarding processes. The recruiter will contribute to the compliance of HR policies and regulations as part of their recruitment efforts. Will be key to the development and maintenance of a positive and engaging work environment.

The Contract Recruiter reports to the Human Resources Manager, having the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruiter, requires interaction with a broad range of internal customers, supporting the HR Manager as the responsible of recruiting. Professionalism, maturity, and the ability to cultivate relationships, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs & priorities are some of the attributes needed for this role.
Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand their hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes. Provide regular reports to HR Manager and other stakeholders.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various recruitment marketing initiatives and ensure that all recruitment efforts align with the company’s values and culture.
- Onboarding: Lead employee onboarding process including working cross-functionally to ensure proper completion.
- Compliance: Leads the application of HRIS systems to comply with government and policy requirements as part of the recruiting and hiring processes (ADP RM, I-9, E-Verify).
- Other Projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, I-9 and E-Verify and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail and processes, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrable experience with recruiting metrics.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- People oriented and results driven.

Compensation: $45 per hour
