Jane is a solutions-oriented Business Development professional with 25+ years of experience, specializing in building long-term partnerships with candidates and clients at all levels. She has been leading Business Development at Willmott & Associates for the past 13 years. Jane seamlessly collaborates with highly reputable companies, from Fortune 100 to startups, in greater New England and beyond. She genuinely engages and listens, to instinctively understand her clients’ workforce planning objectives. This enables her to offer effective, forward-thinking strategies to drive their HR & Accounting / Finance talent initiatives. Jane captures the essence of clients’ requirements for both contract needs and direct hire engagements at the executive/retained and contingency levels. She collaborates with her colleagues to ensure the best possible candidate matches for Willmott’s clients.
Jane’s colleagues describe her as the heart and soul of the Willmott Team. Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, playing tennis, and running. She also enjoys cooking and entertaining, especially during hockey season, and loves supporting many Greater Boston area charities and organizations.
Holly Breton | Vice President, HR Search

Holly has spent over 25 years in the staffing industry. Most of that time has been dedicated in the HR placement space, with a recent expansion to Accounting / Finance placement as well. She is coming up on 10 years with the Willmott team. Holly has a true passion for assisting professionals with finding their ideal roles and organizations as well as acting as a consultant and coach for both candidates and clients alike. She is a Certified Social and New Media Recruiter through AIRS and loves taking those skills to find the diamonds in the rough.
Holly is also active with MAHRA (the Manchester Area Human Resources Association). While volunteering, she enjoys assisting students and emerging professionals with their job searches, interview techniques and meeting their career goals.
In her spare time, you fill find Holly heading up the Windham Blackout Committee in Windham, NH. Blackout is a non-profit organization that focuses on raising awareness and funding for pediatric cancer. She also enjoys walking, cooking, reading and playing Taxi Driver to her two daughters. Holly lives with her husband Rob and daughters, Diana, and Eva in NH.
Carla Correia | Senior Talent Development Consultant

Carla is a Talent Development Consultant for Willmott. She identifies HR & Accounting / Finance talent and connects them to Willmott’s Senior Consultants to continue the relationship and placement process. Carla also develops materials to advise candidates on resumes and LinkedIn profiles. She coordinates Willmott’s DEI focus / sourcing strategy, and became a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) through AIRS/ADP in March, 2022 (recertified 2024).
Prior to joining Willmott, Carla worked for a reputable staffing organization as well as a global, Fortune 100 organization. She guided a leadership development program to be highly competitive and regarded amongst the organization’s Fortune 100 peer companies. Carla completed her MS, Organization Behavior from the University of Hartford.
Carla enjoys all aspects of our dynamic industry, and no two days are ever the same! She loves identifying potential matches between candidates and opportunities, and seeing candidates score their next outstanding career step!

Dan Hill | President

As the President of Willmott & Associates, Dan is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of Willmott’s Contract and Direct Hire Divisions. He joined Willmott in 2001, starting with the Contract Division working in the Lexington office. Dan was then promoted to Vice President responsible for the MA operation and shortly after became responsible for all day-to-day Willmott operations. Through his leadership, he has built upon Willmott’s reputation as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates in the HR community. He recently led the team in expanding services to Accounting / Finance placement as well. Dan also functions as an individual contributor, partnering with some of the most prestigious organizations in New England and throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Willmott, Dan spent nine years in Sr. Management with Sterling, Olsten and Adecco Staffing Services. As General Manager for Olsten’s MA region, Dan established the strategic and operational direction for the Contract and Direct Hire Placement divisions, receiving the President’s Club Award for outstanding achievement. Dan received his B.S. from UMass in Business Administration and is an active participant in several HR Associations, including: NEHRA, HRLF and SHRM.
Bekah Lynes Paradise | Accounting Manager

Prior to joining Willmott, Bekah was an Accounting Associate for a busy multi-family office in Boston, providing personal CFO services to several client teams. Bekah has also held the roles of Executive Assistant and Office Manager, providing a high level of service to clients, professional advisors, and colleagues. With 10+ years of experience in the financial and insurance industries, Bekah has a diverse portfolio of professional skills. In prior roles, her additional responsibilities have included: insurance illustrations and underwriting, accounts receivable, generating and managing contracts, technical support, and training and mentoring new hires.
Bekah graduated cum laude from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, and a double minor in History and Art History. In her free time, Bekah’s interests include painting, cooking, and raising her son and two dogs!
Megan Laberis | Vice President, HR Search

Megan is our Vice President, HR Search and she is a dedicated and enthusiastic talent partner. She successfully places all levels of HR talent in a variety of industries within small, mid and large-sized organizations. Her scope of services recently expanded to include Accounting / Finance placement too. Viewed as a valued partner and trusted resource, she provides market trends and counsel to both candidates and clients. Megan enjoys learning about each candidate, their career journey and aligning them with an opportunity to add value and grow.
Megan earned a B.S. from UMass Dartmouth and an HR Certificate from Bentley University. She began her career in Human Resources working for a large global financial services organization. Her knowledge of operations, benefits, project management and business partnering gives her a solid understanding of the HR function enabling her to promptly identify quality talent. Transitioning into HR recruitment in 2012, she has been fortunate to maintain relationships she’s had since the beginning of her career! In her free time, she and her husband enjoy watching their three children at baseball games, swim meets and competitive gymnastics meets. Megan also enjoys Pilates, skiing, boogie boarding with the kids on the beaches of Maine and spending time with the family’s three young and animated cats!
Kelly Qualey | Administrative Coordinator

Kelly joined the Willmott & Associates team in 2014 as the Administrative Coordinator. As the Administrative Coordinator, Kelly supports our Executives, Business Development division, and Consultants.
Kelly also works side by side with our web design company to continually update our website, produces the newsletters, webinars, videos, and is a significant contributor to our social media presence.
Jeff Willmott | Senior Vice President

Jeff joined Willmott & Associates in 2007 and has been instrumental in building Willmott’s vibrant Contract Consulting practice in addition to working with top organizations in New England to fulfill their critical direct HR hiring needs. More recently, he led the expansion of Willmott’s contract services to include Accounting / Finance. He has worked diligently to preserve and build upon the values and culture that have made Willmott & Associates one of the region’s premier placement organizations since its inception in 1982.
For 13 years, Jeff served as a top performing sales executive for the world’s largest trade show marketing company, managing Fortune 500 clients across all industries. In 2005, Jeff was recruited to lead Business Development for a full-service employee assessment firm, which proved to be a fantastic introduction to Human Resources. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Clark Willmott | Founder 1982 to 2024
Clark Willmott’s vision of creating a firm specializing in the placement of Human Resources professionals became a reality in September of 1982. For close to 30 years, he was responsible for acting as an ambassador for the Company. Prior to Clark’s passing in 2024, he proudly continued to influence the organization on his founding philosophy of building relationships, helping people and developing careers. Recognized as one of the most successful pioneers for HR placement services in the Northeast, his reputation for integrity and personal values is embedded throughout all of Willmott & Associates.
Originally from Glen Falls, New York, Clark was a graduate of Williams College. His experience included Senior Human Resources positions with Honeywell and the USCI Division of C.R. Bard. He was actively involved with a number of Boards as both a Director and Officer. In addition to his involvement with Willmott & Associates, he was a frequent motivational speaker and active participant in helping people in transition. He left an unforgettable imprint on the HR community and will forever be remembered for his fantastic personality and outstanding contributions!
Dave Zito | Managing Partner | Retired
Prior to his retirement in 2022, Dave was the Managing Partner of the organization. Dave was responsible for providing strategic input and guidance to the President of Willmott & Associates, Inc. He managed Willmott’s leadership team to execute the Company’s vision, corporate objectives, revenue growth and to deliver valued service to both clients and candidates.
Dave joined Willmott in 1998, with over twenty years’ experience in the Human Resource field. Prior to joining Willmott, he held senior HR positions at Right Management, A.T. Cross Company and Hallmark Cards. Additionally, he developed the curriculum and managed the Human Resource Certification Program for Roger Williams University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Management Association of RI and The Northeast Human Resources Association. Dave is a graduate of Bryant University, and has attained national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Dave Tomaras | Vice President, Compensation & HRIS Placement Division
Dave Tomaras specializes in the placement of senior level Benefits, Compensation and HRIS professionals. Dave has been with the company since its inception in 1982. Dave devotes his experience and expertise to coaching and developing talented professionals, conducts seminars for candidates in transition, and lends his advanced HR acumen to all Willmott clients.
Dave’s experience in the field of Outplacement, his extensive tenure in Benefits, Compensation and HRIS placement services, and his passion for partnering distinguished talent with best-in-class organizations makes him a well-known and respected resource for both clients and candidates nationwide. Prior to joining Willmott & Associates in 1982, he worked in University Admissions for Boston University. Dave earned an MA from Boston College in 1975. Dave has been a member of World at Work, and is highly active in the regional Benefits, Compensation and HRIS community.
