Jane serves as the Sr. Director, Business Development for Willmott. She focuses on cultivating new and existing relationships with our client companies and has deep knowledge of Willmott’s direct hire and contract service offerings including all contingency and retained searches.
Jane is no stranger to the search industry. She enjoyed building a career with highly regarded firms such as Gold Staff and Olsten. She also founded Office Legals during her tenure with Sterling Office Services. Her expertise spans from developing client relationships to full cycle recruiting.
Jane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Psychology from Curry College.
Holly is a Senior Consultant on the Willmott team. She has spent the better part of the last 20 years, building a career in staffing, with most of her focus in the HR space. Her role on the Willmott team involves assisting candidates with their searches and guiding them throughout their careers, while at the same time cultivating relationships with our new and existing client companies.
Prior to joining Willmott, Holly served in an executive role in a worldwide staffing organization, where she was part of a management team responsible for generating $40 million in revenue.
More recently, she started and developed a well-known and highly regarded HR practice for a boutique firm in the Boston area. Under her leadership, both organizations experienced unprecedented growth.
Holly received her B.A. in Writing and Communications from UMASS Dartmouth and she is an active member of HRLF and in the HR community as a whole, in New England.
Ellen Catlett, Human Resources Consultant, Virginia
Ellen L Catlett has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources specializing in Recruiting and Talent Management in the areas of Technology, Consulting and Corporate staffing. She is a solutions-focused HR professional with experience driving organizational excellence in the private and government sectors, including global recruitment efforts. She has a trusted record of success in the acquisition, training and retention of the best available talent, and professional human capital assets for internal and external clients.
Prior to joining Willmott, Ellen spent 15+ years working with large global IT organizations managing their strategic recruiting efforts. She has experience working in both commercial and government organizations. Early in her career she spent 5 years working with a DC based agency that specialized in the placement of Sales Executives. Ellen has a BA in Communications/Broadcast Journalism from American University in Washington, D.C. and is a native New Englander having grown up in Rhode Island.
Carla Correia, Senior Talent Development Consultant
Carla is a Senior Talent Development Consultant on the Willmott team. She has come full circle back to recruiting, having started her career in agency full cycle recruiting, then spending some time in HR roles including training, leadership program management, and generalist work, and most recently returning to recruiting. Her role focuses on identifying HR talent, both for current openings and future potential matches, then connecting candidates to Willmott’s Senior Consultants to continue the relationship-building and placement process.
Prior to joining Willmott, Carla developed her recruiting and HR career in a reputable staffing organization as well as a global, Fortune 100 organization. She received recognition for successfully guiding a leadership development program to be highly competitive and regarded amongst the organization’s Fortune 100 peer companies.
Carla received her B.A. in English and her M.S. in Organizational Behavior, both from the University of Hartford.
As the SVP, Dan Hill is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of both the Contract and Direct Hire Divisions of Willmott & Associates, Inc. Dan also functions as an individual contributor, and partners with some of the most prestigious organizations of New England and throughout the United States in identifying top Human Resources talent.
Prior to joining Willmott, Dan spent 9 years in Sr. Management with Sterling, Olsten and Adecco Staffing Services. As General Manager for Olsten’s MA region, Dan established the strategic and operational direction for the Contract and Direct Hire Placement divisions, receiving the President’s Club Award for outstanding achievement. Dan received his Bachelor Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Business Administration, and is an an active participant in several HR Associations including: NEHRA, HRLF, HRC and SHRM.
Angela’s experience in the staffing industry began with Olsten Staffing Services in the accounting department. She furthered her career as an on-site Partnership Supervisor with Olsten before becoming a stay at home mom for 5 years. She then held several positions at a division of Bloomin’ Brands in Leominster, MA. She led her team there to achieve the highest sales for 5 consecutive years. Angela joined the Willmott team in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing all Finance & Accounting Operations; she also provides recruiting / staffing support on select contract and direct searches. Angela earned her Bachelor of Science through Newbury College in Brookline, MA.
Megan is a Consultant at Willmott & Associates where she is focused on building strong relationships. She holds a dual role at Willmott – she is part of the sourcing function while working closely with clients & candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. It excites her to match candidates to suitable opportunities – changing lives and assisting with career progression!
Megan has a background in Human Resources where she specialized in Employee Relations, Benefit Consultation and Project Management – making a natural transition to recruitment within the Human Resource field.
Megan earned an HR Certificate from Bentley University and holds a Bachelor of Science from UMass Dartmouth.
Virginia Mumaw, VP, Direct Hire & Contract Placement Divisions
As Vice President of Willmott & Associates in the Washington DC region, Virginia Mumaw is responsible for permanent and contract placement in the Virginia/DC marketplace.
Over the course of more than twelve years, Virginia has developed a dynamic career in the staffing industry based on honest relationships. A true leader in the industry, she knows how to listen and works hard to find the perfect match for her clients. She is focused on providing top quality employees on temp-to-perm and direct hire basis. She makes it her business to know her clients and their needs, and is not satisfied until they are. Virginia has established lasting relationships with many clients and continues to build on strong loyalties from the market’s most prestigious companies.
Michelle DeLeo, Talent Development Consultant, Contract Placement Division
Michelle started out in the staffing industry in 2005 as a Staffing Manager specializing in contract, temp-to-hire and permanent placement of high quality employees for Administrative and Clerical support, Finance and Accounting, Hospitality, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Light Industrial. Michelle has a background in Human Resources and Management and is a graduate of Burdett Business School.
Michelle joined the Willmott team in 2016 where she is responsible for sourcing top contract Human Resources talent.
Jennifer is a Talent Development Consultant on the Willmott team. She focuses on identifying strong HR talent for current openings and future potential matches. Jennifer works closely with the Consultants to help secure the right placements and build strong networks within the HR community.
Jennifer has a background in Human Resources, specializing in Employee Relationships, Project Management and Benefits Consultation. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT.
Sarah Arens, Consultant – Contract Placement Division
Sarah started her professional career in 1999 working for a leading national staffing firm specializing in contract placement for healthcare professionals. She helped lead and support teams that were responsible for over 5,000 placements nationally. She received numerous accolades for outstanding customer service and commitment to clients and candidates. Sarah also had a career in the Life Science field working for a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
Kelly has been with Willmott & Associates for several years, supporting the team as the Administrative Coordinator. In her role, Kelly supports all Willmott locations. She updates and maintains the Willmott database, website, and is a significant contributor to our social media presence. After 10+ years as a Stay-At-Home Mom, Kelly joined the Willmott team with over 10 years of sales management, marketing and regional management experience.
Mary Ann is a Consultant on the Willmott team. Prior to joining Willmott, Mary Ann had years of experience as an agency and corporate recruiting manager. Early in her career, she worked for several Boston staffing firms, quickly earning a strong reputation for providing exceptional service to her candidates and clients.
When a personal move brought Mary Ann to San Francisco, she changed her focus to corporate HR and became a National Recruiting Manager at a Fortune 5 company. As a valued member of the HR team, Mary Ann worked closely with SVP’s, VP’s and Chief Executives to source and recruit the best talent for the organization. Upon returning to the Boston are, Mary Ann continued her focus on national and local recruitment.
Mary Ann earned her M.A. in Management Communications and Public Relations from Emerson College. She received her B.A. in Communications from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. She expects to have earned her advanced certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University in 2018.
Lorene is excited to return to the staffing industry and assist clients in connecting HR Talent! She put her career on hold to support her husband’s Naval career and be at home with their three daughters. They moved 8 times in 18 years to Naval bases around the world that included Sicily, Japan and Hawaii.
Prior to joining Willmott & Associates, Lorene worked as an Accounts Manager for a boutique search firm specializing in the placement of IT professionals for both the government and commercial sectors. During her first year she was recognized by co-workers as the “Rising Star.” She also received recognition by a top client for superior performance and professionalism. Before entering the staffing industry, Lorene was a sales representative for RJ Reynolds. She managed 120 retail accounts, increasing sales and brand awareness within each account.
Lorene received a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia where she was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the women’s varsity softball team. Go Dawgs!
Dave Tomaras, VP, Compensation & HRIS Placement Division
Dave Tomaras is responsible for the placement of all Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS professionals at Willmott & Associates, and has been with the company since its inception. Dave devotes his experience and expertise to coaching and developing talented professionals, conducts seminars for candidates in transition, and lends his advanced HR acumen to all Willmott clients.
Dave’s experience in the field of Outplacement, his extensive tenure in Benefits, Compensation and HRIS placement services, and his passion for partnering distinguished talent with best-in-class organizations makes him a well-known and respected resource for both clients and candidates nationwide. Prior to joining Willmott & Associates, he worked in University Admissions for Boston University. Dave earned an MA from Boston College. He is member of World at Work, and is highly active in the regional Benefits, Compensation and HRIS community.
Clark Willmott’s vision of creating a firm specializing in the placement of Human Resources professionals became a reality in September of 1982. Over twenty-seven years later he is responsible for acting as an ambassador for the Company, and still advises the organization on his founding philosophy of building relationships, helping people and developing careers. Recognized as one of the most successful pioneers for HR placement services in the Northeast, his reputation for integrity and personal values is embedded throughout all of Willmott & Associates.
Originally from Glen Falls, New York, Clark is a graduate of Williams College. His experience includes Senior Human Resources positions with Honeywell and the USCI Division of C.R. Bard. He has been actively involved with a number of Boards as both a Director and Officer. In addition to his involvement with Willmott & Associates, he is a frequent motivational speaker and active participant in helping people in transition.
As Vice President of National Business Development, Jeff Willmott is committed to growing Willmott & Associates, while at the same time preserving the values and culture that have made the organization so successful since its inception.
Jeff joined Willmott in 2007, bringing with him tremendous experience in sales and business development. For 13 years, Jeff served as a top performing sales executive for the world’s largest tradeshow marketing company, managing Fortune 500 clients across all industries. In 2005, Jeff was recruited to lead Business Development for a full service employee assessment firm, which proved to be a fantastic introduction to Human Resources. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
As President of the organization, Dave Zito is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of Willmott & Associates, Inc. He manages Willmott’s leadership team to execute the Company’s vision, corporate objectives, revenue growth and to deliver valued service to both clients and candidates.
Dave joined Willmott in 1998, with over twenty years experience in the Human Resource field. Prior to joining Willmott, he held senior HR positions at Right Management, A.T. Cross Company and Hallmark Cards. Additionally, he developed the curriculum and managed the Human Resource Certification Program for Roger Williams University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Management Association of RI and The Northeast Human Resources Association. Dave is a graduate of Bryant University, and has attained national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
